North Panda builds websites, AI assistants and business systems. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use northpanda.tech, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We have deliberately kept the site's data collection small.

When you send us a message. Our contact form and booking form collect your name, email address, an optional business name, and the message you write. We also record the time of submission, your approximate country, your IP address and browser user-agent. The IP and user-agent exist for one reason only: blocking spam and abuse of the form.
When you simply browse. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data and may set essential security cookies to protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics profiles, or third-party marketing trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
The interactive demos. The AI chat, automation and voice demos on our Demos page run entirely inside your browser using pre-written content and pre-recorded audio. They do not send what you click or type to any server, and nothing from them is stored.
We use your message to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of what was discussed and agreed. Where the UK/EU GDPR applies, our legal basis is your consent (you tick the box before sending) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse of our forms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We keep the list of companies that touch your data deliberately short:
Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. We do not pass your message to advertising networks or data brokers.
We build AI systems, so we want to be exact about this. Messages you send through this website are not used to train AI models — not ours, not anyone's. When we build an AI system for a client under contract, how their data is handled is defined in that contract, and our standard position is that client data is not used for model training.
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless they became part of a client relationship, in which case the project record is kept for as long as we are working together plus the period required for tax and accounting. Spam-prevention records expire within an hour.
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK/EU you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in California, you may request disclosure or deletion, and you will never be treated differently for asking. Email us and we will action it — normally within a few days and always within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
The site is served over HTTPS, submissions travel encrypted, and access to stored enquiries is limited to us. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords, card numbers, medical information or other sensitive details through the contact form.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be announced on this page.
